business is focused on finding and matching top quality nurses with our
clients; we afford you increased flexibility to modify your staff through
changes in personnel; we shorten your hiring cycle
by having the best nurses ready to meet your temporary and permanent
needs.

Yes,
Manthra can be a very cost effective extension of your own HR efforts to meet
recruiting goals. There is absolutely no cost to you until 30 days after
a qualified candidate has been placed with your organization.
4. Can Manthra assist with controlling agency
costs?
Certainly,
we can provide a team that will review your agency utilization and make
recommendations to reduce expenditures. In our experience some organizations do
not have a clear idea of the number, costs and underlying reasons of agency
utilization across all departments.
5. Will your staff be
qualified and skilled in the area of my requirements?
We
conduct extensive screening and testing before we hire. Additionally, we
will use your requirements and screening tools to ensure proper skill matching
before contacting you regarding potential candidates. We will work with you to
ensure that our nurses are properly acclimated and oriented to specific needs in
your workplace.
6. What happens if they do
not work out?
Within the first 2
weeks of the nurse’s assignment, if you are dissatisfied, communicate your
reasons to us and we will provide a replacement nurse.
7. What if I want to hire one of your temporary employees?
First,
we are happy, it means we picked the right person to work with your
organization. If a mutual interest exists between you and our employee, please
notify us in writing and we will notify you of any applicable finder’s fees,
which may apply
8. Will you recruit any of
my existing employees?
No.
Manthra's standard practice is not to encourage or pursue staff members
currently employed by its clients.
